Q. Do you operate Public Holidays?
A. Our shuttle Bus operates 364 daysof the year. Christmas Day we are closed.
New Years Day or Easter some of the
attractions may be closed.
Q. How do I purchase a ticket?
A - Send a email or phone
B - Cash to driver (no credit card facility on the shuttle)
C - From our many agents around town including
i-Site Visitors Centers Back packers, Motels.
Q. Where do we catch the bus from ?
A. We offer free pick up and drop off at all accommodation all over Taupo
Q. What is a family pass.
A. A family is for 2 adults and 3 children under 12 years. For the whole day.

Q.How dose the shuttle work?
A. Our shuttle is on demand which means we pick you up and drop you off at any attraction, you can take as long as you wish to stay then we pick and move you on.
Q. After you drop us off how do we callfor a pick up?
A. Every attraction has a shop, they will call for us to move you on.
Q.What time can we start on the shuttle ?
A. Our Shuttle starts a 9.am until 6.pm 7 days a week. Unless you wish to catch a bus or air flight this you need to book
Q. What is a HOP ON HOP OFF service?
A. Our shuttle is on demand which means we pick you up and drop you off at any attraction, you can take as long as you wish to stay then we pick and move you on
You pay per stop.
Q. What is a Day pass?
A. This is a one payment for the day. You can visit as many attractions as you can in one day.
